Tweezing from moles and birthmarks

I was sitting next to my friend while she was applying her makeup. Suddenly she took some tweezers and pulled a hair from her tiny ‘birth mark’.

Never do this! Why? Because you never know what kind of tissue is underneath the mark, and it could cause an infection.
When a hair grows from your ‘naevi’, mole or birthmark, cut it rather than pluck it.

There are some skin anomalies (e.g. acne, rashes, blisters, eczema) which only a dermatologist knows how to treat.

If you have any skin trouble or are concerned about some issue, talk to your doctor or dermatologist.
