Vitamin B2
meat, nuts, beans, broccoli, mushrooms
Vitamin B3
fish, meat, nuts, corn, lentils, peaches, parsley
Vitamin B5
poultry, nuts, whole grains, eggs, milk, green vegetables
Vitamin B6
fish, milk, yogurt, eggs, banana, cabbage, pineapple
Vitamin B12
meat, organ meats, fish, yogurt, milk, sea weed
Biotin
meat, dairy products, whole grains, tomato, cucumber, citrus fruit, banana
Choline
green leafy vegetables, cabbage, beans, asparagus
Folic acid
green leafy vegetables, avocado, oranges, apricots, melons
Vitamin C
citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables, spinach, capsicum, cauliflower
