Eat well – every day
Choosing the right food is a key element to vitality, mood, energy & a great complexion!
I am very conscious of eating healthy food. (But put some Swiss Milk Lind Chocolate in front of me, and I’ll eat it at the speed of light.) Visualize how your body feels and your skin looks, the next couple of days when you eat: fatty meal, chips, soft drink ... or fresh salad with fish, fresh fruit with white yogurt, and a glass of wine.
Do you sleep well? How do you feel the next morning?
Eat well - fresh vegetables and fruit every day. And nourish your skin.
