Quick Tips and Hints part 1
What you eat is how you feel
Be aware that what you eat today will affect how you feel tomorrow. Every time you choose to eat healthy or junk foods, you are affecting he levels of energy and vitality you will have in reserve for the next day
90% healthy, 10% naughty
Give yourself a break and allow yourself one naughty treat a day. A cup of delicious Italian coffee (not too strong) or a small sweet is a fitting reward for being good most of the time
The Gift of Water
Water nourishes our blood and our cells, and prevents the build-up of toxic wastes in our bodies. We can’t survive without it. Make a conscious effort to drink water- around six to eight glasses. Record your habits for a week, as sometimes we can forget to drink at all!
The benefits of Sage tea
One or two cups of sage tea a day will help to heighten your spirits and may improve depression. As it assists in the balancing of oestrogen levels, it’s particularly useful for menopausal women
