Fizzy Feet
Bubbly Feet treat with lovely lemon and a kick of fresh Vitamin C will keep you energies all day long . Vitamin C helps the body fight the effects of stress by replacing lost nutrients and increasing energy levels.
Heavenly when soaking rough tired feet, ten times better when massaged by someone else afterwards! So put your feet up and relax you deserve it.
Ingredients
- 2 drops essential oil of your choice, or try lemon and black pepper. Lemon oil is famed for its cleansing and calming properties whilst black pepper has a natural heating and detoxifying effect
- ½ cup (about 100g) sodium bicarbonate. This is a natural calming agent and will also make your foot bath preparation fizz.
- 3 teaspoons citric acid (Berocca with Vitamin C will do). This is excellent for softening the water and gently cleansing the feet.
Directions
Dissolve all of the ingredients together in a bowl big enough to use as a foot bath and soak. Exfoliate afterwards using your favourite exfoliant or foot file.
