DIY facial 

Here’s how to do a beauty facial at home.

You will need a mask product. See my video ‘Yummy beauty recipes’ for a simple home-made scrub (exfoliating) and masks .

• Clean your face.

• Exfoliate: think of deeper cleaning, where you get rid of dead cells
  • Soften up your skin: apply a warm compress. Soak a small face towel in warm water, wring out excess water. Press moist towel into your face (fold the towel to leave a small space to breathe). Leave on your face for 10 seconds. Re-apply at least five times. Always freshly soak the towel in clean warm water.
  • Massage time. It’s boring, but beneficial because you bring blood circulation to your skin, preparing it to absorb the mask. 
  • Paint on the mask and relax for while.
  • Wash off the mask in lukewarm water. Now your skin is ready to absorb nourishment.
  • Apply nourishing serum, moisturizer, oil – whatever your preference is.
  • You are more beautiful than when you started
