Summer Season Savers
Summer Season Savers
Summer is here in the Southern world, whilst over in the Northern Hemisphere they are winding down for a cozy winter! – Take some time out to care for yourself and stock up on some great new goodies which will have you scrubbed, shined, soothed and set to shed those winter woolies this summer!
Brush up. If you’re feeling listless in the morning, try dry body brushing. It removes dead skin cells and gets the blood pumping, delivering oxygen around the body and leaving you feeling invigorated. If you’re strapped for time, use an exfoliating scrub or gloves in the shower.
Hand Overhaul. Our hands see more sun than the other parts of our bodies, so can therefore age quickly. Always apply a sunscreen on the back of your hands and moisturize regularly.
Feet First. The average person will walk about 16,000 kilometers in their lifetime, so it pays to look after your tootsies. To avoid developing corns and calluses, soak your feet in warm water, then rub away loose skin with a pumice, foot file or scrub. Foot cream helps renew, restore and soften dry skin on feet and body so try healing blends of Aloe Vera, Jojoba, and Shea Butter.
Spa Escape. Spas have never been more popular in Australia, with both men and women attending spas in impressive numbers. Create a spa experience at home with scented candles, soothing music and a willing partner to apply your face/body mask. We love slow burning soy candles which add the aroma of paradise to the room with everything from creamy coconut to soothing Hawaiian Vanilla to lift or set any mood.
